At Our Lady of Perpetual Help, we offer three levels of care for our residents; Extensive Assisted Living, Nursing Care, and specialized memory care in our Christopher Center for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Within each area of the community, our team of caring professionals get to know each resident personally, so they can meet their needs on an individual level. Wellness
Total Health is our approach to wellness at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. With Total Health, we provide care to our residents on an individual basis, matching services and assistance to each person, and allowing them to make their own decisions based on individual preference and need.
In addition to meeting their physical needs, allowing residents the independence to make many of their own decisions adds to their positive emotional and mental health. This, along with strategically developed activities and programs—including outings, opportunities for socializing, nutritious meals, fitness classes, and more—contributes to our philosophy of Total Health.
